April 2024: Patience!

April requires patience. It's a message that I received with a bit of annoyance because I am feeling impatient about many things I'd like to see change. But the message I get is PATIENCE.
Take your time. Move gently. Don't rush anything. Allow things to unfold at their own pace and be at peace with anything that unfolds.
Go slow. be gentle with yourself and the people in your life. Allow things to progress naturally.
Steer yourself away from worry and angst this month. Don't dwell on worries and fears. Do whatever you can to not focus on fears. When worry and anxiety comes up, distract yourself. Watch a favorite movie, spend time in nature or talk with loved ones. Do not feed your fears and anxieties.
Pay attention to your thoughts and emotions. Patience and gentleness with yourself are necessary this month because the month will bring in worries, fears and anxieties. but don't let them dominate.
